The Manhattan cocktail—now this is what the Manhattan Project should have been about. You can use any kind of whiskey of your choice, for this recipe we’re going to be using American whiskey, bourbon, it makes a great dry Manhattan!

INGREDIENTS:
2 oz Vintage Bourbon or other bourbon
1 oz Italian sweet vermouth (Carpano Antica Formula)
2 dashes angostura bitters
Garnish: Cherry
Method:
1. Add all the ingredients to a mixing glass and fill with ice.
2. Stir until exceedingly well-chilled.
3. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with a cherry.
