A pina colada is the perfect cocktail to take you straight to paradise right from your very own home.

Ingredients:
1.5 oz Light or gold rum
2 oz Coconut milk
2 oz Fresh pineapple juice
1 oz (2 tablespoons) fat-free half-and-half
1 cup ice cubes

Directions:
1. Add all the ingredients to a shaker and fill with ice.
2. Blend, and strain into a Hurricane glass filled with fresh ice. (You may also blend all the ingredients with crushed ice instead.)
3. Garnish with a cherry and a pineapple wedge.
